Pork Roast

PORK ROAST

pork loin                                1/2 cup white wine    
potatoes                                 1/4 cup corn starch
carrots                                     2 cloves garlic
onions                                      Emeril seasoning
flour to brown meat                  olive oil

Season pork with garlic & Emeril Seasoning. Coat the pork with flour. Brown pork in a small amount of olive oi in  a skillet. Place pork in a greased casserole dish. Add vegetables around the meat. Sprinkle Emeril seasoning & garlic over vegetables. Mix wine and corn starch. Pour over meat & vegetables. Cover with water. Cover dish with foil and cook in oven at 400 degrees for 2 hours. I serve in the dish.
