Is there a more apt description of Jesus' work on the cross? Man meant evil but God meant good; and God's intention over rules man's. Man acted to bring death; God acted to bring life; and God's actions over powers man's.
The result is that whoever believes in Jesus, though he die yet shall he live, and everyone who believes and lives in him shall never die. God's will will be carried out, and his will is for us never to perish but to have everlasting life.
