Each week this year, on Fridays, the women in the church
will be receiving a Bible verse to reflect upon. The verse will be delivered in an eblast on
Friday, posted on the church blog, and printed in Sunday's bulletin. The Bible
has 31,000 verses how many have you "placed in your heart"? The idea is to have all women in the church,
as a body of "sisters in Christ" to focus on the same verse each
week. Memorize if you want, write it on
a card and post on your mirror, allowing the scripture into your soul, letting
it permeate your life. The first verse
is Genesis 1:1. "In the beginning,
God created the heavens and the earth."
