Potato Chip Cookies (from the kitchen of Sandy Anderson)
1 c butter, softened (do not substitute)
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 & 1/2 c sifted flour
1/2 c crushed potato chips (I use the thin chips)
Cream butter & sugar
Add vanilla, flour, and chips
Drop 1/2 t on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10-12 mins at 350
Leave on cookie sheet for a few mins before taking off or they break up.
